Fifteen Dollar Friday ONLY applies to our 8oz candle jars. The sale ends at 11:59pm Friday night.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Because each candle is handmade to order, the processing time is 5-7 business days, however, it could take a bit longer depending on the amount of candles that have been ordered. (Holidays + Weekends are excluded)

Who do you ship through?

All our packages ship through USPS

I received my package but, my items were broken.

If your candles came broken when you received them, please email us within 48 hours of you receiving them and we will give you the steps to receiving a new order.

My order said it was delivered, but I never received anything, what do I do?

Once your order has been shipped it is then out of our hands, if it says that your items were delivered but you did not receive anything, the next step would be to call USPS.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

Our goal at Glow is to make sure we leave a positive impression on anyone who purchases one of our candles. If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at glowcandlebarhelp@gmail.com and we will do our very best to assist you. You can not exchange a product that has already been used/lit. You must contact us within 72 hours if you wish to exchange your item. We unfortunately do not offer refunds at this time.
